One of the hot developments in Poulsbo WA has been Quadrant Home's Stendahl Ridge.
I was honored to sell the very first home in this neighborhood. They've sold nearly twenty homes already this year which is truly amazing for new construction! They have prices starting at $235,900 up to $342,900, with square footage floorplans from 1555 sq. ft. to 4000 sq. ft. Quadrant is a pre-sale builder only, but they do have a couple of homes already built in Stendahl Ridge that are ready for immediate sale/occupation due to the previous buyers backing out because of financing issues. There are only about 17 lots left and which should be easily sold out by summer. For more information, go to Quadrant Homes/Stendahl Ridge. If you visit the development, ask for my good friend, Dan Spurlock, the Community Sales Manager, and tell him I sent you!

Well this is cool. I have been so far behind in doing these reports and neighborhood profiles. I know I need to do them and if yo have managed to make time...I can too. have a good weekend my friend!
Congratulations for selling the first home in the neighborhood. This looks like a very nice community and I hope you make more sales.
Rich,
Nice market report and area profile. It does look like you are moving along pretty good with a good lp/sp ratio.
Our average sales price is only $123,000. Sounds like you are in a good spot. Have fun selling.
Rich I like your market report logo. I should come up with something, hmmm. Loos like your % of list price to sold is very good. ~Rita
Rich I am not very good at interpreting these reports, but those figures look good to me for the market conditions we are in, am I right?
Rich - Nice marketing report! Looks like your market is picking up.
So, looks like you're back to being an agent huh? What happened?
FYI this comment puts me over 20k A new milestone for me. Thanks to you also of course.
Best of luck out there.
Rich, I enjoy reading and making market reports - they teach me so much about various areas. For example, 97% ratio is way better than our 12 to 30% depending on the neighborhood, Karen
